Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are exempt from being returned, such as gift cards and sale items. Please check the product description for return eligibility.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a 7-10 days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@kicksr.com.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
